Mental health and wellness is not only connected to my profession, it is also something I am personally passionate about. I believe that continuing to provide space for conversation around mental health and wellness will allow women to share with others, learn from others, and relate to others, continuing to create and form community based on truth and vulnerability. I will be talking about identity, the trap and challenge of comparison, and showing how mental and emotional strength and flexibility is beneficial to guiding us along the way in learning how to handle stress in our lives (academic, relational, professional, medical).
