Living With Loss | Alex Whitford

Have you ever watched someone go through a personal tragedy, and felt unqualified to help? Or maybe you’ve already experienced one of your own, and feel that the damage is irreparable? Whether you’ve suffered a heart-wrenching breakup, grown apart from a dear friend, mourned a now closed chapter of life, or faced the pain of grieving a lost loved one - every college student will face the sting of loss in some form. Whether it defines you, destroys you, or strengthens you - is up to you. Alex is here to share her experience grieving broken relationships and the loss of her father in college, and invites you to join her in working through grief in your college days. You’ll also tackle how to be a friend to those around you coping with loss.
