Rebekah Bollen
Rebekah is our lovely Dean of Women and graduated from Hillsdale College in 2006. In her free time you can find her spending time with her husband, traveling, or admiring the work of her favorite artist Jaime Beck.
Favorite College Memory:
Spring break trip to Europe my senior year of college! That trip sparked a love affair with travel and some of my great friendships to this day. -
Catherine Chasen
Catherine Chasen (née Voisin) graduated from Hillsdale in 2020, where she was a swimmer and Latin major. After college, she married her wonderful husband, Mike, and moved to Washington D.C. for graduate school where she finished her MA in 2023. While finishing her PhD, Catherine teaches part time in the Classics department. She also has three children, Helen, Felicity and Xavier. When not playing with her kiddos or reading dead languages, she loves running long distances or lifting heavy things with her husband.
Proudest Accomplishment:
Running my first half marathon while pregnant with #3. -
Nichole Ellis
Nichole received her undergraduate degree from Truman State where she then attended Medical School at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine where she completed her Pediatric Residency at UMDNJ. She is a mom of two and is now a pediatrician in Hillsdale.

Christa Green
Christa is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and Clinical Social Worker Associate (CSWA) with an educational background from George Fox’s Master of Clinical Social Work program and Hillsdale College’s Bachelor of Psychology program. She lived and worked in the Portland, OR community as a crisis mental health therapist for youth and families. After the birth of her daughter, she moved to a Christian counseling center where she now predominantly works with women and couples ages 16-36. Alongside her role as a mental health counselor, she is a deacon of youth ministries at her church, mom, and wife.

Caroline Koperski
Caroline graduated from Hillsdale College in 2015 with a BA in Economics and Spanish and her Masters of Science from Ohio Dominican University’s PA program in 2018. She worked in an urgent care in Columbus, OH before transitioning to telehealth in 2022. She now lives in Jonesville, MI with her husband, three sons, their Great Pyrenees and orange tabby cat. She hails from Syracuse, NY with her 11 siblings, 4 of whom are also Hillsdale alumni. She enjoys spending time with family, growing flowers, baking sourdough, watching reality TV shows, and talking on the phone with her parents and siblings.

Jen Lutz
Jen is a Hillsdale alumna and currently works in Career Services. As a self-proclaimed “Jack of All Trades” jen is also a blogger and manages Penny’s Coffee Shop.
Perfect Weekend Activity:
I am most in her element in my kitchen cooking for friends and family. -
Hadiah Mabry
Hadiah is a third-year law student at Notre Dame Law School. She graduated from Hillsdale College in 2020 with a degree in history. Hadiah was then a fellow at the John Jay Institute before she returned to Hillsdale College to work in student affairs. She married her husband, Zane, in 2022. In her free time, Hadiah enjoys hosting friends, reading fiction, and learning to embroider.

Christy is a Hillsdale grad, wife of 25+ years, mom of 6 boys, and Director of Academic Services.

Stephanie Maxwell
Stephanie loves working with Christy Maier as an Academic Counselor in Academic Services! In her free time, she reads voraciously, directs the College Baptist Church youth group with her husband, and spends as much time as possible with her two children. Stephanie’s favorite way to workout is with friends, and she goes to Checker Records more than she thinks she should.

Kathy Petersen
Kathy graduated from Hillsdale College in 1995 with a B.S. in Biology, and graduated from nursing school in 1996 at Saint Mary’s College in Indiana, then worked 25 years as a nurse in labor and delivery, nursery, education, and IT. She has worked as a family nurse practitioner at The Pediatric Place in Hillsdale since graduating from Spring Arbor University in 2021. She and Dean Pete were married in 1996 and have 8 children, 2 grandchildren and 2 on the way.
Perfect Weekend Activity:
Hanging with my grown children around the pool. -
Reagan Pierce
Reagan is a 2022 grad of Hillsdale and is now an artist, wife, and mom to little Matilda.
When she is not creating something new in the studio (or changing diapers), you can find her trying out new recipes, redecorating a new corner of her house, or meandering through the Meijer cheese aisle.
Best College Memory:
Oh this is a tough one! I will never forget when I drug two friends backpacking on the Appalachian trail for fall break to get some painting inspo pics. We FROZE and almost got run over by longhorn cattle...worth it! -
Mary Margaret Spiteri
Mary Margaret graduated from Hillsdale in 2014. Originally from Virginia, she decided to stick around and make Hillsdale her home. Mary Margaret met her husband and married in October 2017. After a variety of different sales jobs she started work at Hillsdale College in 2017 in the Contact Center. She and her husband now have three children, Dominic (6), Bruno (4), and Henrietta (2), with a baby coming in May!

Mary Dell Strecker
Mary is a collector of visual ideas and always digging deeper into the intersection between art and life. She is a wife, mama, lover of children’s books, nature, German, and coffee.
Favorite College Memory:
Germany study abroad, meeting Cody Strecker, and my roommate and I wedging our beds together end to end. -
Caroline Strzesynski
Caroline recieved her Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University and is a Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience providing comprehensive gynecologic healthcare for women and STD services for men. She is trained as a NaProTechnology Medical Consultant and is a Certified Creighton Model FertilityCare Practitioner through St. Paul VI Institute. Caroline is a wife and mother of two. She is on the Medical Advisory Board of HerChoice Bowling Green Pregnancy Center facilitating staff trainings for patient care, is involved with And Then There Were None, a ministry for former abortion workers, is a member of the American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals.
Favorite Grocery Store Aisle:
The candy aisle is my favorite especially if they stock Chocolove bars. -
Anna Vincenzi
Anna teaches history at Hillsdale College. Originally from northern Italy, she studied in Milan, where she met her husband, Lorenzo, before moving to the U.S. for a PhD at Notre Dame. They have four children, ages 7 to 1.
Favorite College Memory:
Walking around Italian cities with my friends, and having 7 meals/snack breaks per day to try every typical food from place we were visiting. -
Bethany Widmer
Bethany Widmer is an educator, writer, speaker, and certified life coach. She has a heart for community and volunteering and has served in various ministries (children, women, marriage) since 1997. Her passion is supporting and encouraging others to pursue their God-given calling. Together with her husband Scott, of almost 30 years, they have raised three daughters—Samantha, Emma and Sophia.

Weekly gathering in our apartment with roommates and others to watch the new episodes of Friends! -
Kaitlyn Zellner
Kaitlyn is a Licensed Professional Counselor, holds her National Board Certification, is certified as a trained Trauma Professional and a Certified Counselor Supervisor.
Kaitlyn has been married for 14 years and has four adorably sweet, energetic and adventurous children. In her spare time, you can find her enjoying a hot cup of coffee and reading, but most often romping around with her kids outside or doing something creative with them.
