CURATE SUMMIT
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Does it cost to attend?
It does not! This event is a free conference offered to our female students to encourage personal development and community building on campus.
-
Do I need to sign up?
Yes! Registering allows us to share important details and updates regarding the Summit with you as we get closer to the big day. It also helps us plan accordingly for food and giveaways - plus there will be some personalized items for you! But, don’t worry, if you don’t sign up you can still come as a walk-in.
-
Is there a deadline to sign up?
No - but we encourage you to sign up by January 28th (a week before the Summit) so you can get all the fun details ahead of time!
-
Can I cancel?
Yes, there is no penalty for cancelling. If you are unsure about attending, we encourage you to sign up so you can be in the loop about all the summit has to offer.
-
Do I need to attend the whole day?
We strongly encourage you to attend the full day, as this unique opportunity to engage with female mentors only comes around once per year! However, we understand that life can be busy - so we ask that you only partake in the giveaways and refreshments if you can attend at least half the day.
-
Will food be provided?
Yes! We will provide morning coffee and light refreshments, lunch, and afternoon snacks

Energy, excitement, and a mind ready to learn and engage!
An extra layer, in case you get cold.

-
What should I wear?
Please feel free to be comfortable and casual - but it can be fun to look cute and professional as well!

What makes this year's Summit different?
We’re bringing a theme to the Curate summit! The whole day will be focused on our word of the year “Rooted” - you’ll see it in our giveaways, decorations, and more!
Two words- Breakout rooms! We will have spaces for you to pray, journal, and paint open throughout the day for you to connect with friends or process on your own.
Mentorship Program- What happens with all of the connections you’ve made once the Summit is over?! We are starting up a monthly mentorship program that will meet once a month to dive into the issues women are facing in real time!
